Estamos falando de subst\u00e2ncias que podem inflamar, reagir quimicamente, liberar gases t\u00f3xicos, corroer superf\u00edcies ou emitir radia\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma falha na interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o pode resultar em reten\u00e7\u00e3o da carga, multas administrativas, responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o civil e, nos casos mais graves, danos ambientais de grande propor\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No Brasil, a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o est\u00e1 concentrada em um \u00fanico instrumento legal. Existem as normas da ANTT para o transporte terrestre, da ANAC para o transporte a\u00e9reo, da Antaq para o modal aquavi\u00e1rio, al\u00e9m de diretrizes internacionais da ONU, da Iata e da Icao.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada modal imp\u00f5e exig\u00eancias pr\u00f3prias, o que exige leitura t\u00e9cnica cuidadosa e atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o constante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com atua\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de 20 anos no transporte de cargas classificadas e forte especializa\u00e7\u00e3o no modal a\u00e9reo, a <\/span><b>Prestex <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">estruturou seus processos com base no cumprimento rigoroso dessas exig\u00eancias. Muitos produtos s\u00f3 podem ser embarcados em aeronaves cargueiras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O expedidor deve emitir a Shipper\u2019s Declaration for Dangerous Goods e utilizar embalagens homologadas conforme instru\u00e7\u00f5es de embalagem da Iata.
